Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Admin cum Maintenance Executive to oversee administrative operations and facility maintenance activities within our jewelry manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the jewelry industry and possess strong coordination, vendor management, and maintenance handling skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration
· Handle day-to-day administrative activities of the office and factory.
· Coordinate with various departments for smooth operational functioning.
· Manage office assets, stationery, & housekeeping,
· Maintain administrative records, documents, and vendor databases.
· Coordinate employee transportation, accommodation, and other administrative requirements when required.
· Monitor and control administrative expenses.
Maintenance
· Ensure proper maintenance of office and factory infrastructure.
· Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
· Liaise with external vendors and service providers for repair and maintenance work.
· Monitor functioning of electrical systems, air conditioning units, generators, compressors, and other utility equipment.
· Ensure timely servicing and upkeep of machinery and equipment.
· Maintain maintenance logs and service records.
Compliance & Safety
· Ensure workplace safety standards are maintained.
· Coordinate statutory inspections and maintenance-related compliance activities.
· Assist management in implementing facility improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
· Strong administrative and maintenance coordination skills.
· Good vendor management and negotiation abilities.
· Knowledge of facility management and basic electrical/mechanical maintenance.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Good communication and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
Qualification
· Graduate in any discipline.
· Technical qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance will be an added advantage.
