RDE emphasizes a value-driven mindset, where humans define objectives and ethical guardrails while AI agents handle scale, speed, and data-driven execution.
The RDE-Fullstack Lead / Senior Specialist .NET & Cloud will design, build, test, and deploy enterprise-grade fullstack applications supporting Accenture Operations AI, automation, and digital transformation delivery agendas. The role requires strong .NET/C# engineering, frontend development, API/microservices experience, database design, Azure/cloud exposure, DevOps practices, security implementation, and agile collaboration.
This role complements RDE PODs by providing strong application engineering capability across backend, frontend, APIs, cloud deployment, security, and integration layers. The core stack includes .NET and C#, React is preferred while Angular is acceptable, and microservices knowledge becomes mandatory.

- Architecture Leadership: Fullstack solution architecture, .NET/C# architecture, microservices architecture, API architecture and scalable application design.
- Technology Leadership: Framework selection, frontend standards, backend patterns, database design strategy, integration design and reusable engineering assets.
- Cloud & DevOps Strategy: Azure cloud-native deployment, AKS, Azure Functions, App Services, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps and release governance.
- Security & Quality Governance: Secure architecture, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, Azure AD, secure coding, quality gates, performance and resiliency standards.
- Engineering Leadership: Technical mentoring, design reviews, stakeholder collaboration, estimation support, delivery governance and engineering risk management.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead fullstack solution design for enterprise .NET, frontend, API and cloud applications.
- Define architecture patterns for microservices, APIs, integrations and distributed applications.
- Guide engineering teams across design, build, testing, deployment and production support.
- Own technical standards for secure coding, quality, performance, resiliency and documentation.
- Support cloud-native deployment decisions using Azure services, containers and DevOps practices.
- Conduct design reviews, code review governance and technical risk assessments.
- Coach L11 to L9 developers and enable consistent engineering practices across delivery teams.
Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals / Azure Developer Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
- Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer or equivalent full stack cloud certification
- Secure coding, API security, Agile or Scrum certifications would be an advantage
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per month
