Logistics Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to oversee and coordinate daily logistics and distribution operations. The role involves managing dispatch activities, shipment coordination, inventory movement, transportation follow-ups, and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination skills, operational efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily dispatch, transportation, and delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient distribution of pharmaceutical products across domestic and international markets.
- Handle and coordinate shipments for multiple countries, ensuring smooth execution of export and international logistics activities.
- Monitor shipment schedules and proactively follow up with transporters, courier partners, distributors, freight forwarders, and delivery agencies to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logistics documentation, including invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, LR copies, shipping documents, export documents, and dispatch records.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, inventory, sales, and international partners to ensure seamless order processing and stock movement.
- Monitor inward and outward inventory movement and ensure proper stock reconciliation and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure proper packaging, handling, storage, and transportation of pharmaceutical products in compliance with company standards and country-specific regulatory requirements.
- Resolve logistics-related issues such as shipment delays, customs clearance issues, shortages, damaged goods, and delivery discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly logistics, dispatch, and shipment tracking reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety standards, import/export regulations, and pharmaceutical distribution guidelines for different countries.
- Monitor transportation and logistics costs and support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost optimization.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with internal departments, external logistics vendors, freight partners, distributors, and international clients for smooth operational workflow.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, or pharmaceutical distribution.
Preferred Industry Experience
- Pharmaceutical Distribution
- Healthcare
Additional Requirements
- Knowledge of Good Distribution Practices (GDP) is preferred.
- Experience in handling batch-wise inventory and expiry-sensitive products will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with temperature-controlled logistics operations is preferred for pharmaceutical products.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
