Sales & Marketing Operations Intern (Enterprise AI)
Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)

NWORX is building a voice-native AI Coach that helps enterprises and educational institutions improve performance through AI-powered coaching, learning and capability development. We work with leading enterprises to deploy AI Literacy, AI Fluency, Leadership Development and Sales Excellence programs at scale.
As we expand rapidly, we are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive intern who can become the operational backbone of our sales organization.
Role Summary
The Sales & Marketing Operations Intern will work directly with the CEO and the leadership team to ensure smooth execution of enterprise sales opportunities.
This role combines Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Proposal Management, Customer Demo Coordination and Executive Support. It is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing complex activities, coordinating across teams and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
The intern will work closely with:
- CEO & COO
- Head of Sales
- Product Management
- Engineering Team
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Pipeline Management
- Own and maintain the master sales tracker for all enterprise opportunities.
- Track every lead from qualification through closure.
- Update opportunity stages, next actions, owners and expected timelines.
- Generate weekly pipeline and forecast reports.
- Ensure CRM/sales trackers are always accurate and current.
2. Sales Collateral Management
Maintain an organized repository of sales assets including:
- Company presentations
- Product decks
- Proposal templates
- Case studies
- Customer success stories
- Pricing documents
- ROI calculators
- Product brochures
- Competitive battle cards
Ensure all materials are updated whenever product features, pricing or messaging changes.
3. Sales Meeting Intelligence
Attend or review recordings of customer meetings.
For every customer interaction:
- Prepare concise meeting minutes.
- Capture customer requirements.
- Record objections and risks.
- Document action items.
- Assign owners.
- Track completion of follow-up actions.
Prepare a weekly sales leadership update summarizing progress across all active opportunities.
4. Demo Operations
Coordinate with Product, TPM and Engineering teams to ensure demo environments are fully prepared.
Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling demo readiness activities.
- Tracking configuration requests.
- Ensuring customer-specific demo environments are configured.
- Confirming data is loaded correctly.
- Ensuring required AI Coaches, programs and workflows are available before every demo.
5. Demo Quality Assurance
Before every customer demo:
- Execute demo checklists.
- Test login and user journeys.
- Validate workflows.
- Verify AI conversations.
- Identify issues.
- Coordinate fixes with Engineering.
- Sign off demo readiness.
The objective is to ensure every customer demo is flawless.
6. Proposal Development
Support enterprise sales by drafting customer proposals.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating proposal documents using standard templates.
- Customizing scope for each customer.
- Coordinating inputs from Sales, Product and Delivery teams.
- Managing proposal versions.
- Ensuring proposals are accurate and professionally formatted.
- Tracking proposal submissions.
7. Sales Operations Support
Support leadership with:
- Customer follow-up emails
- Sales reports
- Market research
- Competitive intelligence
- Account research
- Meeting preparation
- Customer presentation preparation
Skills & Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) student or recent graduate
- Engineering graduate with business interest
- BBA/B.Com graduates with strong analytical skills
- Prior internship in Sales Operations, Marketing or Consulting is a plus
Technical Skills
Preferred familiarity with:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Microsoft Word
- ChatGPT and AI productivity tools
- CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
- Project management tools (Notion, Jira, Asana or Linear)

- 100% demo environments ready before scheduled customer demonstrations.
- Zero demo failures caused by configuration or testing gaps.
- High-quality proposal drafts delivered within agreed timelines.
- Weekly sales leadership dashboards delivered consistently and on time.
