HR Manager – Job Description
About the Role
SalesStrive is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR compliance, and creating a positive workplace culture that supports business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Handle attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee documentation.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance appraisal processes.
- Resolve employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
- Support managers with workforce planning and talent development strategies.
- Ensure statutory compliance and coordinate with external agencies when required.
- Prepare HR reports, recruitment metrics, and employee performance insights.
- Drive initiatives to improve employee retention and organizational culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with HRMS software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Preferred Skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience in the IT, Digital Marketing, or eCommerce industry is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
