Summary:
As a Network Voice Lead, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing enterprise voice and collaboration platforms including Cisco and Microsoft Teams environments. You will lead operational excellence, ensure service stability, and drive improvements in communication infrastructure.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead design, deployment, and operations of Unified Communication environments
- Act as SME for voice infrastructure including Cisco IP Telephony and MS Teams
- Manage and support Cisco VOIP systems, CUBE configurations, and call routing
- Administer MS Teams Admin Center for voice and collaboration services
- Perform advanced troubleshooting for voice quality and call failures
- Ensure high availability and performance of voice platforms
- Lead incident management and root cause analysis
- Mentor junior team members
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in UC operations and Voice infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with Cisco IP Phones, CUCM, and CUBE
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams Admin Center
- Understanding of SIP, RTP, and VoIP protocols
- Knowledge of network fundamentals (LAN/WAN, QoS)
