Job Summary
Reliable Global Exim Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our Custom House Agent (CHA), Freight Forwarding, and Logistics services. The ideal candidate should be confident in generating new business, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, email marketing, and field visits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with importers, exporters, freight forwarders, and logistics clients.
- Promote the company's CHA, Air Freight, Sea Freight, Customs Clearance, Transportation, and Warehousing services.
- Schedule client meetings and present service offerings.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of customer shipments.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and update daily sales reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely communication and support.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- 2–10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (Experience in CHA, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics will be preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Import & Export documentation.
- Understanding of Customs Clearance and Freight Forwarding services.
- Existing client network in the Logistics/CHA industry will be an added advantage.
