Our ogranization is looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Manager who can drive revenue growth, build partnerships, and close high-value deals. This role requires someone who can own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B leads (schools, colleges, corporates, institutions, businesses)
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire clients
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and meetings
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Negotiate and close deals with decision-makers
- Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams
- Achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly revenue targets
Required Skills
- Strong B2B sales experience (2–6+ years preferred)
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to sell to CXOs, principals, founders, and decision-makers
- Strong understanding of sales funnels and CRM tools
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
