Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute creative content strategies for digital marketing campaigns
Create engaging social media posts, captions, and campaign concepts
Design and develop short-form video content (Reels) using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms
Manage and maintain content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Collaborate with internal teams to align content with campaign objectives and brand goals
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, and platform updates
Make quick revisions and improvements based on feedback
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing
Strong hands-on experience with Canva (mandatory)
Basic video editing skills using CapCut, InShot, or similar tools
Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and engaging ideas
Good understanding of social media platforms, audience behavior, and content trends
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with agencies or managing multiple client accounts
Basic understanding of branding and storytelling
Familiarity with AI tools for content ideation and productivity
