Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our team. Ideal candidates should have prior experience in the knits segment, with strong knowledge of fabrics and the ability to build long-term relationships with buyers and clients.
We are also open to merchandisers with relevant fabric knowledge who are looking to transition into a sales role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the knits fabric market.
- Meet with clients and buyers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with the production and merchandising teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, pricing, and market competition.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree/Diploma in Textile Technology, Fashion Technology, or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of sales experience in the textile or apparel industry, preferably in knits.
- OR merchandising professionals with strong fabric knowledge (especially knits) looking to shift to sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
- Comfortable with regular client visits and travelling locally.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
