Job Summary
We are looking for a disciplined and experienced Ex-Serviceman to join as an Admin & Training Officer. The candidate will be responsible for managing administrative activities, conducting training programs, maintaining discipline among security personnel, ensuring operational readiness, and supporting recruitment and deployment activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the organization.
- Maintain personnel records, attendance, leave, and deployment records.
- Coordinate with clients, government departments, and company management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Handle office administration, asset management, and documentation.
- Monitor discipline, grooming standards, and conduct of deployed staff.
- Conduct periodic inspections of sites and deployed manpower.
- Prepare administrative reports and operational MIS.
Training & Development
- Design and conduct induction training for newly recruited personnel.
- Organize refresher training and skill enhancement programs.
- Provide training on security procedures, access control, patrolling, and emergency response.
- Conduct physical drills, parade, and discipline-related training.
- Train personnel on fire safety, first aid, disaster management, and evacuation procedures.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records.
- Develop SOPs, training manuals, and operational guidelines.
- Conduct mock drills and emergency preparedness exercises.
Operations Support
- Assist in recruitment, screening, and selection of security personnel.
- Support manpower deployment and operational planning.
- Investigate incidents and prepare reports with corrective actions.
- Ensure client requirements and service standards are met.
- Maintain liaison with local authorities and stakeholders whenever required.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and administrative abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of security operations and manpower management.
- Experience in conducting training programs and drills.
- Ability to handle large teams and maintain discipline.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, report writing, and documentation.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Preferred Background
- Retired JCO/NCO/Officer from the Indian Armed Forces.
- Experience in Private Security Agencies, Facility Management, Industrial Security, or Government Projects.
- Knowledge of security regulations, fire safety, and emergency response procedures.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
