Job Summary:
A Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for generating leads, driving property sales, and building client relationships for real estate projects. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, and supporting overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales
- Identify and generate leads through calls, site visits, references, and digital platforms
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
- Conduct property presentations and project briefings
- Arrange and manage site visits for clients
- Convert prospects into customers
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Follow up regularly with potential buyers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Channel Partner & Broker Management
- Develop and manage relationships with brokers and channel partners
- Conduct meetings and property briefings with partners
- Drive sales through channel networks
Sales Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Track sales pipeline and conversion ratios
- Prepare sales reports and updates for management
Market Research
- Study market trends, competitor projects, and pricing
- Provide feedback to management for pricing and strategy
- Identify new business opportunities and locations
Coordination
- Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and lead generation
- Work with project and legal teams for documentation and closures
- Assist clients in documentation, booking, and agreement process
Required Skills

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, MBA preferred or similarly in civil engineering)
Experience
- 2–10 years in sales/business development (real estate preferred)
Salary
₹25k – ₹50k/month
- Incentives: Performance-based (can significantly increase earnings)
