Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Account Executive to drive revenue growth by acquiring
new clients and expanding existing accounts. This role requires strong consultative selling
skills, the ability to understand client requirements, and position BestQ’s QA services
effectively.
Key Responsibilities
● Own and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
● Conduct discovery calls to understand client challenges, product stage, and QA
needs
● Present tailored QA/testing solutions aligned with client requirements
● Collaborate with internal QA and technical teams to scope solutions and proposals
● Build strong relationships with prospects and clients
● Negotiate contracts and close deals
● Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track progress using CRM tools
● Consistently achieve and exceed sales target
Required Skills & Experience
● 3+ years of experience in B2B, SaaS, or service-based sales
● Proven track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets
● Strong understanding of consultative selling and solution-based sales
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
● Experience working with startups or tech companies is a plus
● Familiarity with CRM tool.
Nice to Have
● Experience selling QA, testing, or IT services
● Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
● Experience in outbound sales and lead generation
● Exposure to global markets.
