Insurance Sales Executive

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Insurance Sales Executive to join our growing team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in insurance or financial product sales and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The role involves generating new business, advising customers on suitable insurance solutions, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through referrals, cold calling, field visits, and other sales activities.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Explain policy features, benefits, coverage, and premium details to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Assist customers with policy documentation, renewals, and claims support.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory guidelines.
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 1–2 years in insurance sales, BFSI sales, or a similar sales role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and CRM tools.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
