Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to assist customers in our showroom, understand their requirements, showcase suitable products, and support them throughout their purchase. The role involves creating a welcoming customer experience while maintaining the day-to-day standards of the showroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Showcase dhotis, shirts, and other traditional wear collections
- Explain product features, quality, and available options
- Support customers throughout the purchase process
- Maintain proper product display and showroom presentation
- Coordinate with the team regarding customer requirements and product availability
- Maintain a professional and positive customer experience
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous hands-on experience in retail sales is preferred
- Experience in the apparel or fashion retail industry will be highly appreciated
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree
- Basic understanding of English
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Enthusiastic to learn, improve, and grow with the organization
- Ability to work well within a team
- Responsible and attentive towards customer requirements
