Experience: 3–4 Years (Mandatory in Automobile Showroom Sales)
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle models.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and finance options.
- Conduct product demonstrations and arrange test drives.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and registration teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Maintain customer records and build long-term relationships.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Required Skills
- 3–4 years of experience in automobile showroom sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Target-oriented with a professional attitude.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
Pay: ₹10,875.00 - ₹25,761.80 per month
