What are we looking for? • Strong HTML, CSS (email development expertise mandatory) • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Content Builder, CloudPages) • Hands-on AMPscript for personalization • Understanding of responsive email design & cross-client behavior • JavaScript / jQuery for CloudPages • Experience with Litmus / Email on Acid • Basic SQL (Data Extensions) • Exposure to Journey Builder / Automation Studio Key Traits • Strong attention to detail (QA & rendering accuracy) • Ability to manage multiple campaigns • Ownership of delivery and quality
Roles and Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities • Develop responsive HTML email templates for campaigns (promotional, transactional, automated) • Build and manage CloudPages (landing pages, forms, microsites) • Convert design files (Figma/PSD/XD) into pixel-perfect email builds • Implement dynamic personalization using AMPscript • Perform end-to-end QA using tools like Litmus / Email on Acid • Ensure cross-client compatibility (Outlook, Gmail, mobile) • Debug rendering issues, form submissions, and data capture flows • Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and design teams
