ELD Customer Support Executive (US Process)

Job Summary
Proclivity Digitech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Customer Support Executives for our US-based ELD (Electronic Logging Device) process. The role involves assisting trucking companies and commercial drivers with ELD devices, GPS tracking, Hours of Service (HOS), and FMCSA compliance-related queries. Strong English communication and excellent customer service skills are essential. Similar roles in the industry focus on troubleshooting ELD systems, supporting drivers, and ensuring compliance with U.S. regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer support calls from US trucking clients.
- Assist customers with ELD activation, troubleshooting, and account setup.
- Resolve GPS, logbook, and connectivity issues.
- Guide drivers on Hours of Service (HOS) and FMCSA compliance.
- Create and update customer support tickets.
- Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up until resolution.
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and productivity targets.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); graduates preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication are welcome; experienced candidates preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to work in Rotational shifts.
- Strong problem-solving ability and customer-focused attitude.
- Experience in ELD, GPS, telematics, logistics, or international voice process is an added advantage.
