We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounts cum Admin Executive to handle day-to-day accounting operations and manage general office activities. - Bookkeeping: Maintain daily financial transactions, ledgers, and vouchers in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks).
- Billing & Invoicing: Prepare and issue sales invoices, track receivables, and follow up with clients for pending payments.
- Payables & Expenses: Process vendor bills, manage purchase/sales records, and process timely vendor payments.
- Petty Cash: Manage and reconcile petty cash funds and daily office expense records.
- Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and verify financial statements.
- Statutory Compliance: Assist with basic tax filings such as GST, TDS, or local compliances where applicable.
- Audits: Coordinate and provide required documents to internal or external auditors. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Administrative Duties
- Office Operations: Manage daily general office activities, facilities, and utilities.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and reorder office supplies, stationery, and pantry items.
- Vendor & Client Coordination: Act as a point of contact for external service providers, contractors, and visitors.
- Documentation & Filing: Maintain secure physical and digital filing systems for all financial and administrative records.
- HR Support: Assist with basic employee attendance tracking, record maintenance, and payroll processing support. [1, 3, 5]
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Business Administration (BBA), M.Com, MBA or a related field.
- Experience: 5 to 7 years of proven experience in an accounting or administrative role.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Tally/ERP tools, Microsoft Excel, MS Word, and basic email communication.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and work independently
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
