Job Title: Receptionist / Front Office Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and responsible Receptionist / Front Office Executive to manage the front desk and support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good communication skills, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
- Handle day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks.
- Assist with filing, scanning, photocopying, and document management.
- Manage courier, dispatch, and delivery activities.
- Maintain office records and perform data entry using MS Word and Excel.
- Operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
- Support office staff with routine administrative requirements.
- Coordinate basic office errands, including bank visits and purchasing office supplies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and email.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Education:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Graduates or candidates pursuing graduation are also welcome to apply.
Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
