Job Title: Junior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Junior Recruiter with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. The candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions across various domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Manage offer roll-out and on boarding coordination
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Required Skills
- Good understanding of recruitment and hiring processes
- Experience using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good negotiation and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in pure recruitment / talent acquisition
