Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our Partnerships, Communications, and Fundraising efforts.
The role will focus on developing strategic CSR partnerships, donor engagement, institutional collaborations, grant writing, international partnerships, and resource mobilization initiatives to support the Foundation's growth and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage CSR partnerships with corporate organizations and foundations.
Lead fundraising initiatives and identify new funding opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, philanthropic institutions, and funding agencies.
Research, write, and submit high-quality grant proposals and funding applications.
Develop institutional collaborations with educational institutions, NGOs, government bodies, and development organizations.
Explore and strengthen international partnerships and strategic alliances.
Design and implement donor engagement and stewardship strategies.
Prepare impact reports, presentations, communication materials, and fundraising collateral.
Represent the Foundation at networking events, conferences, CSR forums, and stakeholder meetings.
Support organizational growth through effective resource mobilization and strategic relationship management.
