Job Summary
We are hiring a Factory Helper to assist in daily production and workshop activities. The candidate will support machine operators, help with material handling, and maintain cleanliness in the work area.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist machine operators and skilled workers in production tasks
- Load and unload raw materials and finished goods
- Handle tools, equipment, and materials as instructed
- Clean and maintain machines and work areas
- Pack, label, and move finished products
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders
- Ensure workplace safety and follow company rules
Requirements
- No formal experience required (training will be provided)
- Physically fit and able to perform manual work
- Willingness to learn and work in a team
- Basic understanding of factory work is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines

- Previous experience in a factory or workshop
- Basic knowledge of tools and machinery
