Qualification :
Diploma / B.Sc. degree from an accredited college or university in Chemical or Environmental Engineering / Chemistry or equivalent Science degree.
Experience/ Exposure :
3+ years of working experience in water treatment field at chemical / Pharmaceutical industries.
Role & Responsibilities: (Key accountability areas)

Operation of Zero Liquid Discharge Plant (Extended Aeration System, MBR, RO, MEE, & ATFD).
- Sampling and testing wastewater (COD, BOD, TSS, TDS, DO, etc.,).

Optimization of chemical dosing by doing Jar testing.

Ensure the safety policies and work permit during all work.

Ensure that the best operational practices and SOP discipline is followed and maintained in the Department.

Understanding of the machinery used for wastewater treatment plant.
- Ability to diagnose and correct wastewater treatment plant malfunctions.
Key Technical Skills
-
ZLD (MEE, ATFD, RO, & MBR) operation & trouble shooting.

Adhering to the Pollution control Board norms.

PLC/ SCADA operation
