Key Responsibilities
1. Broker & Lead Origination
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with select residential brokers
- Develop and maintain a high-quality broker network aligned with project positioning
- Conduct broker briefings, site walkthroughs, and one-on-one meetings
- Generate deal flow through broker networks, referrals, and market outreach
2. Client Engagement & Sales Closures
- Manage walk-ins, referrals, and broker-introduced clients
- Deliver detailed project presentations and site visits
- Lead negotiations within approved pricing frameworks
- Independently close transactions or structure deals with the Site Head
- Own the client journey from first interaction to booking
3. Pipeline & Deal Management
- Build and manage a strong personal sales pipeline
- Track follow-ups, negotiations, and closures effectively
- Coordinate with:
- Legal Team for Agreement for Sale (AFS) execution
- Finance Team for payment schedules and collections
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting
4. Governance & Brand Discipline
- Ensure accurate and consistent project representation
- Adhere strictly to RERA guidelines and internal protocols
- Escalate only exceptional cases related to pricing or deal structuring
- Share market insights, broker feedback, and buyer trends with the Site Head
Candidate Profile
- 6–10 years of experience in residential real estate sales
- Experience in premium/luxury residential projects preferred
- Strong network with Mumbai residential brokers (Western Suburbs preferred)
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently
- Good understanding of RERA-compliant sales processes
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a lean, high-performance team environment
