Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies.
- Process sales transactions, handle returns, and manage cash register operations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize store performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management.
