Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to identify, qualify, and generate potential business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both English and Marathi, experience in lead generation, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified leads through various channels such as cold calling, online research, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Contact potential customers to understand their requirements and introduce company products/services.
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems with accurate information.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospects to nurture and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead-generation strategies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
- Prepare and share regular reports on lead generation activities and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Marathi.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in cold calling, lead qualification, and customer engagement.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets within deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B lead generation will be an added advantage.
