ROYCE’ Chocolate | Delhi NCR | Multi-Store Operations
About the Role
ROYCE’ is a premium Japanese chocolate brand known for exceptional product quality, gifting and customer experience.
We are looking for an experienced multi-store retail operator to lead ROYCE’ operations across Delhi NCR, with ownership of sales, people, customer experience and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial & City Performance
- Drive sales and store productivity across retail, online/delivery and bulk/corporate channels.
- Review key retail metrics and work with Store Managers to improve performance across the city.
Store Operations & Customer Experience
- Maintain consistently high standards of customer experience, service, visual presentation and store operations.
- Conduct regular store reviews and ensure operational issues are identified and resolved quickly.
People Leadership
- Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and their teams, building a culture of ownership and high performance.
- Oversee manpower deployment, performance and development across stores in partnership with HR.
Inventory & Controls
- Maintain strong inventory availability, stock accuracy, replenishment and strict control over shelf life and wastage.
- Ensure compliance with company operating standards, food-safety requirements and key asset/POS controls.
Expansion & Cross-Functional Execution
- Lead operational readiness for new store openings, coordinating with Projects, HR, IT, Supply Chain and other teams.
- Work closely with mall partners, vendors and internal functions to support smooth city operations and expansion.
Candidate Qualifications & Skills
- 7+ years of retail or consumer operations experience, including meaningful experience managing multiple stores and Store Managers.
- Strong commercial judgement, people leadership, communication and problem-solving skills; experience in premium retail, luxury, gourmet food, beauty, fashion, jewellery or high-quality QSR is preferred.
Location - Delhi NCR
The role requires regular travel across ROYCE’ stores and other operating locations within the city.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
