HR Generalist

factoHR. is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join our growing team in Rajkot. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR support
- Assist in performance evaluations and feedback processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Support employee engagement activities and positive workplace culture
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of HR compliance and employee relations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail in HR documentation and processes
- Ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities effectively
Qualification:
- BBA / MBA in HR or relevant field
- B.E. / B.Tech candidates can also apply
- HR certifications will be an added advantage
