About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, result-oriented, and patient-focused Skin, Hair & Laser Counselor to join our growing clinic. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in dermatology, hair restoration, hair transplant procedures, laser treatments, and aesthetic services. This role requires a combination of clinical understanding, patient counseling, and sales excellence to guide patients through their treatment journey while achieving business objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesConsultation & Patient Counseling
- Conduct detailed skin and hair assessments through visual analysis and diagnostic tools.
- Understand patient concerns related to skin conditions, hair loss, hair restoration, laser procedures, and aesthetic treatments.
- Provide personalized consultations and recommend suitable treatment plans.
- Educate patients about treatment options, procedures, expected outcomes, timelines, risks, and aftercare requirements.
Hair Transplant & Laser Treatment Counseling
- Counsel prospective patients regarding hair transplant procedures, benefits, expected results, and recovery timelines.
- Explain various laser treatments, their suitability, benefits, and anticipated outcomes.
- Collaborate with dermatologists, hair transplant surgeons, and laser technicians to develop customized treatment plans.
- Support patients in making informed treatment decisions.
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly consultation conversion and revenue targets.
- Promote and upsell treatment packages, aesthetic procedures, and skincare/haircare products.
- Follow up with inquiries, leads, and prospective patients to maximize conversions.
- Contribute to business growth through patient acquisition and retention strategies.
Patient Experience & Retention
- Build and maintain strong patient relationships.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to monitor treatment progress and address concerns.
- Manage patient expectations with professionalism and empathy.
- Encourage repeat visits, referrals, and long-term engagement.
Documentation & Coordination
- Maintain accurate consultation records, treatment recommendations, and follow-up documentation.
- Coordinate appointments and treatment schedules with doctors and clinic staff.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with clinic policies and healthcare standards.
Professional Development
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in dermatology, aesthetic medicine, laser technologies, and hair restoration procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training programs and product knowledge sessions.
Clinic Standards
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and professional standards within the consultation area.
- Adhere to all clinic policies, patient safety protocols, and service quality standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Cosmetology, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Dermatology, or a related field (preferred).
Experience
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a Dermatology, Aesthetic, Hair Transplant, Cosmetic, Wellness, or Skin & Laser Clinic.
- Proven experience counseling patients for skin, hair, hair transplant, and laser treatments.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of dermatological, aesthetic, laser, and hair restoration treatments.
- Excellent communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales aptitude with a proven track record of achieving conversion and revenue targets.
- Exceptional patient relationship management and customer service skills.
- Ability to confidently explain medical and aesthetic procedures in a clear and professional manner.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and clinic management software.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Saket, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
