As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our coworking community.
Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations:
- Greet and welcome members, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and reflects a positive image of the coworking space.
- Member Support:
- Assist members with inquiries, provide information about services, and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Sierra Cartel Coworking Space's offerings and be able to effectively communicate them to potential and existing members.
- Administrative Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member information.
- Meeting Room Coordination:
- Manage the scheduling and reservations of meeting rooms for members and external clients.
- Ensure meeting rooms are set up and equipped with necessary amenities.
- Security and Access Control:
- Monitor access to the coworking space, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises.
- Issue access cards and maintain accurate records of access permissions.
- Collaboration with Other Teams:
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the coworking space.
- Communicate effectively with cleaning and maintenance staff to address any facility-related issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in business administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in using office equipment and basic computer applications.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Knowledge of coworking space operations is an advantage.
Working Conditions:
This position involves working at the front desk during regular business hours, with occasional flexibility for evening or weekend events.
