Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) Doctor to manage the day-to-day healthcare requirements of employees at our manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for providing primary medical care, conducting health check-ups, maintaining medical records, and supporting occupational health and wellness initiatives. BAMS professionals are increasingly employed in industrial healthcare and employee welfare roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide primary medical consultation and first-aid treatment to employees.
- Attend to medical emergencies and coordinate referrals/hospitalization when required.
- Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and special medical examinations.
- Maintain employee health records and medical documentation.
- Monitor workplace health conditions and support occupational health initiatives.
- Conduct health awareness programs on hygiene, nutrition, and preventive healthcare.
- Maintain inventory of medicines, first-aid kits, and medical equipment.
- Coordinate with HR and Safety departments on employee health matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory health and safety requirements.
Qualification & Experience
- BAMS degree from a recognized university.
- Valid registration with the State Ayurvedic Medical Council.
- 1–5 years of experience in a hospital, clinic, or industrial setup preferred.
- Freshers may also apply.
- Knowledge of occupational health, emergency response, and medical record management will be an added advantage.

- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
- Ability to handle medical emergencies independently.
- Record-keeping and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
