Job Title: ERP Finance Specialist – SAP to Oracle Fusion Migration Experience: 15+ Years Qualification: CA / ICWA (Mandatory) + ERP Implementation Experience Location: Bangalore (Preferred) / India Industry: Healthcare / Hospital Management Role Summary seeking a highly experienced ERP Finance Specialist to lead and drive the end-to-end migration from SAP to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. The candidate will play a critical role in redesigning finance processes, ensuring seamless data transition, and aligning ERP capabilities with healthcare business requirements. Key Responsibilities ERP Migration & Implementation · Lead the SAP (ECC/S4) to Oracle Fusion Finance migration program. · Drive end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycle including: o Requirement gathering o Solution design o Data migration strategy o Testing (SIT/UAT) o Go-live and hypercare support · Collaborate with Oracle implementation partners and internal IT teams. Finance Process Transformation · Evaluate current SAP finance processes and define optimized future-state processes in Oracle Fusion. · Ensure best practices in: o Record-to-Report (R2R) o Procure-to-Pay (P2P) o Order-to-Cash (O2C) o Fixed Assets & Cash Management · Standardize financial processes across multiple hospitals/business units. Data Migration & Controls · Design and oversee data cleansing, mapping, and migration strategy. · Ensure data integrity, reconciliation, and audit compliance during migration. · Implement robust internal controls aligned with regulatory requirements. Stakeholder Management · Partner with CFO, Finance Heads, and business leaders across hospital units. · Act as a bridge between Finance, IT, and external ERP consultants. · Drive change management and user adoption initiatives. Governance & Compliance · Ensure ERP system compliance with: o Financial reporting standards (Ind AS / IFRS where applicable) o Audit and regulatory requirements · Establish governance structures and documentation practices. Training & Post-Go-live Support · Develop training materials and conduct sessions for finance users. · Provide support during stabilization phase and optimize system usage. Required Skills & Competencies Functional Expertise · Deep expertise in Finance modules of SAP and Oracle Fusion. · Strong understanding of: o General Ledger o Accounts Payable / Receivable o Asset Accounting o Costing and Budgeting ERP Experience · Minimum 2+ full-cycle ERP implementations, including at least one Oracle Fusion implementation. · Proven experience in SAP to Oracle migration projects (preferred). Technical & Analytical Skills · Strong knowledge of: o ERP integration architecture o Data migration tools and methodologies o Reporting tools (BI, Oracle Analytics preferred) · Ability to analyze complex financial datasets. Leadership Skills · Strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities. · Ability to drive cross-functional teams and external vendors. · Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Qualifications · CA / ICWA (Mandatory) · Additional certifications in Oracle Fusion / SAP Finance modules preferred · PMP / Prince2 certification is an advantage
