Role: Cleo EDI Technical Lead
WM : Hybrid- Mandatory (2 Days in a week)
Location : Bangalore/Chennai/Pune/Hyderabad/Noida

Job Description:
* Strong experience with Cleo Integration platforms
* Hands-on experience with Cleo Cockpit / B2B Cloud administration
* Strong understanding of integration security (TLS/mTLS, certificates, key management)
* Expertise in EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT)
* Hands-on in data mapping and transformations
* Experience with APIs (REST/SOAP), JSON, XML
* Knowledge of integration patterns (batch, real-time)
* Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
* Experience working with various types of inbound and outbound ANSI X12 transactions
* Strong ownership and delivery focus
* Ability to lead and mentor team members
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities:
· Lead design and development of integrations using Cleo (CIC / Cockpit)
· Own end-to-end delivery of EDI, file-based, and API integrations (FTP/SFTP, AS2, etc.)
· Develop and manage EDI mappings (X12 / EDIFACT – 204, 210, 214, etc.)
· Configure communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, HTTP/S, APIs)
· Handle webhooks, callbacks, and real-time integrations
· Troubleshoot integration failures and data issues
· Ensure monitoring, logging, and alerting are in place
· Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
· Lead code reviews and provide technical guidance
· Support production deployment, cutover, and hypercare
· Interact with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements, business flows, and integration needs
· Translate business requirements into technical solutions and integration designs
Pay: From ₹90,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra (Pune, Pune District)
