We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Representative to join our team and expand our market presence.
Job Description:
As a Field Sales Representative( Kollam market), you will be the face of Kabsul Bathware on the ground. Your primary responsibility will be to visit retail counters, bathware dealers, distributors, and construction sites to promote our range of washbasins and one-piece closets, building long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit bathware showrooms, ceramic dealers, and hardware stores daily to pitch our products.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Understand dealer requirements and introduce new designs or product variants.
- Achieve mutually agreed-upon monthly sales targets.
- Collect market feedback and track competitor activities in the local region.
- Coordinate with the main office regarding stock availability, order placement, and timely delivery.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in field sales is preferred (Experience in building materials, ceramics, hardware, or paints is a major plus).
- Freshers: Energetic freshers with a strong passion for sales and a willingness to learn are also highly encouraged to apply.
- Language: Must have excellent communication skills in Malayalam.
- Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license for daily market visits.
