Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate retail fit-out and interior execution projects from order confirmation to final handover. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, production, procurement, site teams, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project execution from planning to project completion.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Procurement, Logistics, and Site Execution teams.
- Track material availability and ensure timely dispatch to project sites.
- Follow up with vendors and subcontractors for timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly status reports.
- Coordinate with clients regarding project updates, approvals, and site requirements.
- Maintain project documentation, BOQs, purchase orders, work orders, and project files.
- Identify project risks, delays, and issues, and escalate them to management with suggested solutions.
- Ensure site teams receive drawings, materials, and instructions before execution.
- Coordinate installation schedules and ensure timely project handover.
- Verify project completion reports and coordinate final documentation.
- Support billing by coordinating measurement sheets, client approvals, and project closure documents.
Required Skills
- Strong project coordination and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of retail interior fit-outs and shopfitting projects.
- Understanding of BOQ, drawings, material planning, and execution processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD drawings is an advantage.
- Experience using ERP or project management software is preferred.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in retail interiors, furniture manufacturing, or fit-out projects.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹42,016.48 per month
