Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The role requires working with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that are both compatible with existing infrastructure and aligned with organizational goals. Collaboration with different teams to maintain seamless operations and address any issues promptly is also a key part of the daily routine.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex Connectivity 2.0.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Murex Back Office Workflows.
- Strong understanding of application integration techniques and API management.
- Experience working with low-code platforms to customize and extend packaged applications.
- Ability to analyze system behavior and optimize configurations for enhanced performance.
- Familiarity with release management processes and version control systems.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
