Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Accounts Executive with 4+ years of experience in the infrastructure, construction, or EPC industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, statutory compliance, taxation, vendor payments, financial reporting, and project accounting while ensuring accurate and timely financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Process vendor bills, subcontractor invoices, and customer billing.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns and ensure timely compliance.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports, expense statements, and financial reports for management.
- Maintain project-wise accounting records and monitor project expenses.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants during audits and assessments.
- Maintain fixed asset records and support inventory accounting where applicable.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal financial controls.
- Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and cost control initiatives.
Qualifications
- B.Com/M.Com (MBA Finance is an added advantage).
- CA Inter/CMA Inter is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in infrastructure, construction, EPC, or contracting companies.
- Experience in project accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance is preferred.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP software.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting standards.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
