Job Summary
We are looking for a Planning Engineer with experience in commercial interior fit-out projects. The candidate should be capable of preparing project schedules, monitoring progress, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain project schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6.
- Monitor project progress and update daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and other departments.
- Track project milestones and identify delays.
- Prepare look-ahead plans and recovery schedules.
- Maintain project documentation and progress records.
- Generate MIS reports and present project status updates.
- Coordinate material planning and resource allocation.
- Ensure projects are completed within the planned timeline.
- Support project execution with proper planning and scheduling.
Required Skills
- Experience in Commercial Interior Fit-Out projects is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Preferred
- Experience in office interiors, retail, hospitality, or commercial fit-out projects.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
