- Booking Management: Process reservations accurately from phone, email, and travel agents.
- Customer Service: Answer guest inquiries regarding services, rates, and local attractions.
- Sales/Upselling: Promote hotel packages, services, and upsell premium rooms to maximize revenue.
- System Maintenance: Utilize reservation software to input data, check availability, and update booking status.
- Correspondence & Payments: Send confirmation emails and process deposits or payments according to hotel policy.
- Coordination: Communicate directly with the front desk regarding arrival lists, special requests, and VIP guests.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
