Merchant Onboarding Management
Oversee end-to-end onboarding of merchants including KYC/KYB verification.
Review and approve merchant applications in line with internal policies.
Ensure adherence to defined TATs and onboarding SLAs.
Handle complex onboarding cases and escalations.
Ensure onboarding processes comply with RBI guidelines and internal risk frameworks.
Support internal and external audits with proper documentation
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
