Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Center Manager to oversee the operations, business development, and growth of our Maharashtra center. The candidate will be responsible for managing center activities, driving B2B partnerships, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving revenue and training targets.
Key Responsibilities
Center Operations Management
- Manage day-to-day operations of the center.
- Ensure smooth execution of training programs, workshops, and events.
- Maintain infrastructure, equipment, and training facilities.
- Monitor center performance and prepare periodic reports.
Business Development (B2B)
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, industries, and corporate partners.
- Generate new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Promote ISIEINDIA's EV training programs, laboratories, and workbench solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Team Management
- Lead and supervise trainers, coordinators, and support staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings.
- Ensure effective resource planning and workforce management.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for institutional and corporate clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Resolve operational and client-related issues efficiently.
Revenue & Growth
- Drive admissions, training enrollments, and corporate training projects.
- Identify new market opportunities across Maharashtra.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to increase center visibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Center Management, Operations, Business Development, or Educational Services.
- Strong B2B sales and relationship management experience.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the Education, Skill Development, EV, Automotive, or Training industry.
- Knowledge of institutional sales and corporate partnerships.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
