Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will greet visitors, answer phone calls, manage appointments, and perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Note :- Salary depends on interview process, based on skills and experinece.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception area and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Respond to emails and general inquiries.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes where required.
- Perform data entry, filing, photocopying, and document management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to assist visitors and employees.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred).
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role (freshers may also apply, if applicable).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
