Job Description
We are hiring a Google Ads Growth Executive to scale and optimize high-performing Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation, conversions, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
- Identify growth opportunities through keyword expansion and campaign optimization
- Monitor daily performance and improve CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages
- Analyze data and prepare performance reports
- Optimize budgets, bids, and Quality Score
- Ensure Google Ads policy compliance
- Manage multiple client accounts and meet growth targets
Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of Google Ads and performance marketing concepts (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
- Strong analytical and optimization skills
- Good communication and reporting abilities
- Google Ads Certification preferred (not mandatory)
- Graduation in Marketing or related field (preferred)
Experience
- Freshers with strong Google Ads knowledge can apply
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Google Ads or performance marketing preferred
