- Responsible for entire HR operations of employees
- Responsible for all the Quality Improvement activities.
- Collect the employee requisition forms from the respective departments and organize to source candidates through database, reference or portals
- Recruitments for replacement should be completed in 15 days of request.
- Fresh Recruitments should be completed in 30 days of request
- Coordinate Interview scheduling along with respective HOD and employee selection
- Communicate offer of employment to the selected candidate and coordinate induction.
- Conduct source verification
- Confirm to reference checks for SRH employees whenever there is any such request from outside organisations
- Joining formalities and documentation relatively, like joining reports, medical fitness certifications, issuing employee hand book, bank account opening, etc
- Update HRMS with new joiner details by 20th of every month
- Personal file record ( hard copies) maintenance and file updating to be completed by every Saturday without any negligence
- Update ESIC online for the new joiners
- Organize leave encashment in coordination with leave details from time office
- Payroll coordination
- Training coordination with T&D, whenever necessary
- Provide assistance in administering employee benefit schemes like marriage gifts, loans and advances, etc
- Conduct Exit interview and relieving formalities like full and final settlement, Pf claim form collection, return of ID cards, obtain no due and no objection certificate from the respective department, etc
- Initiate the confirmation process of the probation employees on 10th of every month and complete the tasks related to confirmation, around 20th of the preceding month to the confirmation.
- Coordinate documentation related to the employee performance appraisal
- Update records with details of promotions and increments without fail
- Responsible for employee documentation with respect to NABH regulations, credentials and competencies.
- Prepare Monthly addition and deletion report with analysis on salary and designation and also prepare attrition percentage respectively.
- Report EOD daily to Senior Manager – HR, on the task targeted, accomplished and pending (with reason for pending / carried forward )
- Performs additional duties as assigned by the HOD.
- Participates and contributes to all the Quality Improvement activities of the service.
- Adheres to the rules and regulations of the SRH and assures that work performed is in keeping with the established standards of the NABH.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in any Discipline.
Masters in HR will be a value add
Experience:
Work requires a minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in a healthcare related industry
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
