Job Title: Logistics Manager – PAN India Operations (Last Mile, Line Haul & PTL)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Logistics Manager to lead and scale our PAN India operations across Last Mile, Line Haul, and PTL (Part Truck Load) verticals. This role requires a strong operator with deep technical understanding of logistics networks, vendor ecosystems, and manpower management, along with the ability to drive efficiency, service quality, and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Operations Management:
- Oversee and streamline Last Mile, Line Haul, and PTL operations across multiple cities, ensuring adherence to TATs, SLAs, and client expectations.
- Network Planning & Optimization:
Design and optimize distribution networks, routing, and hub utilization to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance delivery timelines.
- Vendor & Fleet Management:
Manage transporter relationships, fleet vendors, and aggregators; ensure vehicle availability, utilization, and performance tracking. Lead ground teams including supervisors, drivers, and warehouse staff; ensure productivity, discipline, and low attrition across locations. Work closely with key clients to understand operational requirements, resolve escalations, and drive service excellence. Track key metrics (TAT, fill rates, cost per shipment, utilization, etc.), generate MIS reports, and implement data-driven improvements. Establish standardized processes across operations and ensure strict compliance to SOPs, safety norms, and statutory requirements. Proactively identify operational risks (delays, breakdowns, capacity issues) and implement contingency plans. Continuously work on reducing operational costs without compromising service quality.

- 5–10 years of experience in logistics/3PL operations, with hands-on exposure to Last Mile, Line Haul, and PTL networks
- Strong understanding of transportation models, routing logic, and hub operations
- Proven experience in managing vendors, fleet, and large ground teams
- High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Excel and operational MIS/reporting
- Experience working with logistics tech platforms/TMS is a plus
