At Headerp Solutions, you will have the opportunity to work with leading organizations on SAP transformation initiatives and help them optimize their Procurement, Materials Management, and Supply Chain processes through SAP S/4HANA.
Your Role
- Lead SAP S/4HANA MM configuration, implementation, testing, and production support activities.
- Drive core Materials Management and Procurement processes including Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, Invoice Verification, Inventory Management, and Vendor/Business Partner Management.
- Participate in end-to-end SAP project lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering, business process analysis, configuration, documentation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and global stakeholders on system enhancements, country rollouts, process validations, workflows, Fiori applications, and user authorization requirements.
- Configure and support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes in SAP S/4HANA.
- Work on purchasing processes including standard procurement, subcontracting, consignment, stock transfer, and service procurement.
- Configure and support pricing procedures, release strategies/workflows, account determination, and output management.
- Manage and support Material Master, Business Partner/Vendor Master, Purchasing Info Records, Source Lists, and other MM master data.
- Support Inventory Management processes including goods movements, stock transfers, physical inventory, and valuation.
- Work on integration between SAP MM and other modules including FI, SD, PP, WM/EWM, and Project Systems.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex business and system issues and provide effective SAP solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications and work closely with ABAP/development teams for enhancements and integrations.
- Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Support business users during hypercare and post-go-live activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and optimization of SAP S/4HANA procurement and materials management processes.
Your Profile
- 6+ years of total experience with 4+ years of hands-on SAP MM experience.
- Strong experience working with SAP S/4HANA Materials Management.
- Proven experience in at least 2 full lifecycle SAP MM/S/4HANA implementations, including configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Inventory Management processes.

- Good understanding of MM integration with FI, SD, PP, WM/EWM, and PS.
- Strong knowledge of SAP MM configuration and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of SAP ABAP and the development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with project and development tools such as Jira, SAP transport management tools, and related methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with global teams and communicate complex SAP concepts to business and technical audiences.
- Strong documentation, presentation, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
