We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Field Verification Executive to join our risk management and due diligence team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting on-ground, physical verifications of residential addresses, business locations, and legal documents. You will serve as our "eyes and ears" in the field, ensuring accurate data collection and submitting high-quality reports with geo-tagged photographic evidence to prevent fraud and support risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities
- On-Field Physical Verification: Visit assigned residential, commercial, or business addresses to verify the physical existence and legitimacy of the individuals or entities.
- Document Verification: Authenticate original documents provided by customers or businesses on-site (such as business licenses, registration certificates, utility bills, and identity proofs) against the field reality.
- Geo-Tagged Photography: Capture high-quality, clear, and undisputed photographs of the premises, signboards, neighborhood landmarks, and relevant documents using specialized mobile apps to ensure precise GPS and timestamp data.
- Information Gathering & Fact-Checking: Conduct discreet neighborhood checks or interview relevant local sources to confirm the applicant's tenure, reputation, and operational status.
- Report Compilation: Complete digital verification forms accurately and submit comprehensive, objective field reports within the strictly defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Stakeholder Interaction: Professionally interact with customers, business owners, or building managers during visits, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
