Online Tutor – Part-Time / Freelance
Learners Note is seeking passionate and committed Online Tutors to deliver high-quality, one-on-one tutoring sessions to students across the globe. Tutors will conduct live classes via Google Meet, ensuring an engaging and personalized learning experience for students from diverse academic backgrounds.
Subjects / Courses Offered
Tutors may be assigned classes in one or more of the following subjects, based on their expertise:
Mathematics: Grades 8 to 12
Chemistry: Grades 8 to 10
Physics: Grades 8 to 12
Tutoring may be provided to students from KG to degree level, depending on the subject suitability and the tutor's competency.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Any degree, MCA, B.Tech in Computer Science, or a relevant qualification/subject expertise
Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching or relevant subject-related experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to conduct engaging and interactive online classes
Technical Requirements
Desktop or laptop with YouCam installed (mandatory for session recording)
Mobile devices are not supported
Stable and reliable Wi-Fi/internet connection
Working Hours
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)
Class Timings: 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Breaks:
6:00 PM – 6:30 PM
8:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Minimum commitment of 4 hours per day
Availability for at least 5 days per week
Compensation & Benefits
₹350–₹400 per hour for sessions with 1–4 students
₹400 per hour for Grade 11–12 classes
Payment may vary depending on the number of students in a session
Initial payment will be based on performance
Eligible for appraisal after 15 months
Payment will be credited on the 15th of every month, based on sessions conducted during the previous month
Students may be assigned for the entire academic year upon successful completion of the demo class
10% TDS applicable as per government regulations
Form 16 will be provided every 6 months for income tax filing

Interview Process
Interviews will be conducted via Google Meet
Candidates must deliver a 7–10 minute PowerPoint demo class on a subject of their choice as part of the evaluation process
