MBA Faculty (Assistant Professor / Lecturer)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures in MBA subjects as per the university curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, lecture notes, presentations, and study materials.
- Conduct practical sessions, case studies, group discussions, and seminars.
- Evaluate assignments, projects, presentations, and examinations.
- Mentor and guide students for academic and career development.
- Encourage research, publications, and participation in FDPs, conferences, and workshops.
- Maintain attendance, internal assessment records, and academic documentation.
- Qualification
- MBA with First Class (Specialization in Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Business Analytics, etc.).
- NET/Ph.D. preferred as per AICTE/University norms.
- Relevant teaching or industry experience preferred.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Student feedback and academic results.
- Timely completion of syllabus.
- Research publications and FDP participation.
- Placement and internship support.
- Departmental event coordination.
Pay: ₹15,040.74 - ₹30,000.00 per month
